We’re thrilled to team up with one of LA’s most influential chefs, Ludo Lefebvre, to bring NYC a one-day-only, two-part collaboration!
With multiple restaurants across LA, including Trois Mec, Petit Trois, Trois Familia, Chef Ludo has earned countless accolades from publications such as Los Angeles Magazine, Food & Wine, Esquire, and GQ. In 2017, he was nominated for two James Beard Awards for “Best Chef: West” and for his work on the Emmy-winning show, Mind of a Chef. Named one of the “50 Greatest Chefs in the World” by Relais & Chateaux, Chef Ludo has not only transformed the Los Angeles dining scene, but he has also established himself as a worldwide culinary authority.
On Tuesday, October 9th, the Madison Square Park Shack will be serving up the exclusive Ludo Shack and Salted Caramel Wakame Shake during two timeslots: 11AM and 5PM. A limited number of items will available at 11AM until we run out, and then we’ll start serving up the Ludo Shack + Salted Caramel Wakame Shake again at 5PM.
The Ludo Shack ($10.99) – a double cheeseburger topped with bordelaise and special sauce, is our interpretation of Ludo’s famous Big Mec burger and was created in collaboration with our Culinary Director, Mark Rosati.
The Salted Caramel Wakame Shake ($5.29) is our classic salted caramel shake with a twist: Wakame edible seaweed!
