Sr. Manager of Special Projects - Remote

Senior Manager of Special Projects

Directly manage and oversee management of remodels and special projects across all Markets. Manage home office buildouts/enhancements. Engage in all capital expenditure cost tracking and reporting activities. Compile material for, and present proposed capital expenditures to Capital Committee for approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee capital projects across all Markets
  • Manage Project Financials
  • Oversee and Maintain Capital Expense Cost Tracking and Status Reports
  • Develop content for, and present to Sr Mgmt at monthly Capital Committee Meetings
  • Source and approve vendor networks as necessary
     

Experience

  • 4-8 years of related experience 
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Facilities management experience
  • Construction management experience

Colorado Applicants: $79,400- $103,200 base salary (potential for higher depending on experience)
