Shake Shack Teams Up with Phoenix Children’s Hospital to Walk for Something Good

Dec 14, 2016

Walk it out!

Our Uptown Plaza Shack lent a hand at the 5th annual Ignite Hope Walk this past Saturday, December 10th. Inspired by a 15-year-old girl battling cancer, the walk raises money for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The 1.1-mile walk has transformed from a small candlelight vigil to an annual Valley holiday tradition. Starting at North High School, participants enjoy holiday carolers and a visit from Santa before heading to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to round out the evening with the hospital’s tree-lighting ceremony.

Crew members from our Uptown Plaza Shack warmed up walkers by serving Shack-made Brownie Batter Hot Chocolate and cheering on the 900 volunteers.

Thank you to our team members who came out to support!
