Shake Shack Japan To Team Up With Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa For Limited Edition Burger November 3rd To Celebrate One-Year Anniversary In Tokyo

On Thursday, November 3rd, Shake Shack will unveil its latest culinary collaboration in Tokyo: the Den Shack, crafted by Michelin-starred chef Zaiyu Hasegawa and Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati.

The Den Shack (¥930) is an all-natural 100% Angus beef burger topped with applewood-smoked bacon, DEN miso ShackSauce, sansho pepper and house-pickled cucumbers.

Zaiyu Hasegawa is the chef and owner of Tokyo's two Michelin-starred Jimbocho Den (No. 37 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants). Chef Zaiyu-San focuses on Japanese fine-dining with a playful twist--his goal is always to make his diners smile with every dish.

November marks the one-year anniversary of the first Shack in Tokyo. After one epic year of connecting with the Tokyo community, we're giving back to our dedicated guests and fans. Offered exclusively at Shake Shack Meiji-Jingu Gaien on Thursday, November 3rd, only 250 limited-edition Den Shack burgers will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
