We just couldn’t wait to get to Houston! In anticipation of the Houston Galleria Shack opening later this year, we teamed up with chefs Seth Siegel-Gardner & Terrence Gallivan on a one-day pop-up in The Pass & Provisions back lot on Sunday, October 16th.

We served up the Shack classics: ShackBurgers & crinkle cut fries. These were the first taste of ShackBurgers in Houston!
The Pass & Provisions fired up two of their signature pizzas: Margherita Mozzarella (burst tomato, basil) and Scamorza (smoked mozzarella, caramelized onion, guanciale). Homemade maraschino cherry soft serve with cocoa nibs was also on hand.
Shout out to our sudsy buds at Saint Arnold Brewing Company (5 O’Clock Pils and Art Car IPA) and 8th Wonder Brewery (Astroturf and Weisstheimer) for bringing the brews in a big way.
Saint Arnold also had their classic root beer at the ready for root beer floats. Heck yes.
Ain’t no party like a Shake Shack party, and a Shake Shack party has games. Guests got down with cornhole and jumbo Jenga.
Teamwork makes the dream work. High-5s all around to The Pass & Provisions for their hospitality. Check this gorgeous space!
Houston, thanks for the warm welcome! We can’t wait to see everyone who came through at the Shack.
