So Bad(ass) It’s Good: Pup Adoption at the DUMBO Shack

Jun 13, 2016

Who let the dogs out? This weekend, our DUMBO Shack hosted their charitable partner, Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue, for an adoption event outside the front doors of the Shack. Adoptable pups met their potential humans while our team scooped Pooch-inis (our dog-friendly sundaes made with Bocce’s Bakery ShackBurger dog biscuits) for all the neighborhood pups walking to Brooklyn Bridge Park. We’ve seen ten adoptions from this event alone! Go team.

5% of sales from DUMBO’s Caramel Carousel concrete (vanilla custard, shattered sugar cone, sea salt caramel sauce and banana) support Badass, a network of volunteers that rescues, rehabilitates and finds homes for adoptable dogs from high kill shelters in the rural south.
