Ready, set, Shack! Shack Track & Field (STF) was born out of our commitment to community and balance. STF is a free community fitness club powered by Shake Shack. Not just for running, STF hosts bike rides and yoga classes across the country. Our home base is our Facebook page, but you can also find our upcoming events listed here.
Open to all ages and abilities, STF runs meet on the second Tuesday of every month; STF rides meet on the first Saturday of every month; and STF yoga meets on the third Saturday of every month during the summer.
We run rain or shine, year-round and for approximately 1-hour (3-5 miles). We ride approximately 2.5-hours (40-45 miles). Yoga is subject to the weather and practices for 1-hour.
The program is entirely free, and includes a complimentary drink at the Shack after every recurring monthly STF event. Beer here.
STF Performance Tees are available for purchase online and at participating Shacks. Every participant who wears their shirt to an STF event gets a free cup or cone of frozen custard!
Most of our chapters partner with a local running store to lead/pace the runs. Runs either start and end at the Shack, or start at a partner store and end at the Shack.

Beyond our monthly series, keep an eye out for fun pop-up events! We regularly host cheer zones, warm-up runs, beer runs and duathlons. Pop-ups are first-come, first-serve and are typically announced on our Facebook page.
