It was on and poppin’ last night at the Shake Shack x Brooklyn Brewery Pop-Up at Garage in South Philly! For one night only, we took our split and griddled crisp flat-top hot dog to the next level, serving up the limited-edition Super Fry Frickle Dog: Brooklyn Brewery ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots, cheddar and American cheese sauce, and crispy-fried Gordy’s Pickle Jar Thai Basil Jalapeño pickles.

Garage, home of the largest canned beer selection in Philly, is all about brews. Staying on theme, the Center City Shack team served up an exclusive Beer Nuts Concrete (vanilla frozen custard, Brooklyn Brewery ShackMeister Ale and beer nuts) out of the rad food truck inside Garage’s space.
The Garage team pulled ice-cold pints of Brooklyn Brewery ShackMeister Ale.
If that isn’t sweet enough: Shake Shack donated all proceeds to Schuylkill Banks (the University City Shack’s charity partner), whose mission is to beautify and revitalize the tidal Schuylkill River.
Schuylkill Banks representing!
Thanks to our sudsy buds at Garage for having us take over as part of their “In Da Cart” series!
