Hats off to the Ma Family, who placed the winning bid at The Anderson School’s 2016 fundraising auction for a chance to concoct their own concrete at the Upper West Side Shack!
The Ma family worked with Mark Rosati, Shake Shack’s Culinary Director, to create the Red-Zone Dragon Concrete, named after The Anderson School’s athletic teams. It blends vanilla custard with salted caramel sauce, fresh raspberries and coconut mango glazed donut from Underwest Donuts.
The Red-Zone Dragon Concrete is available exclusively at the Upper West Side Shack through Saturday, April 30th.
