Burgers by the beach! Shake Shack debuted the Bacon CheddarShack at this year’s Burger Bash, the annual burger celebration hosted by Rachael Ray at South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.
The Bacon CheddarShack is an all-natural Angus beef hamburger topped with smoked bacon from Niman Ranch and Wisconsin aged cheddar cheese sauce, served on a Martin’s potato roll. Nothing wrong with being cheesy!
For dessert, we served up graham cracker whoopie pies stuffed with key lime pie custard—an ode to the fine flavors of Florida.
