We kicked off the new year with two new Artists In Residence, Lucy Daniels of Cardiff and Jasmine Parker of London, who dazzled us with the coolest artwork from a 3-piece series running throughout Q1. With a new month, we bring you new art! Swing by the Shack to get your hands on a copy.
Lucy brings us a water color twist on the Pier Head Building in Cardiff Bay—one of Cardiff’s oldest landmarks dating back to 1897. Fun fact: the clock on the building is “unofficially” known as “Baby Big Ben” or “The Big Ben of Wales”.
Jasmine hits us with another Shack-inspired map of London. This time, she highlights our first-ever UK Shack in Covent Garden.
Stay tuned for more detail on the 3rd and final piece of this Q1 3-part series PLUS a public masterclass in March hosted by Lucy, at the St. David’s Shack, and Jasmine at the Stratford Shack.
