Blazing a trail due east from our roots in Manhattan, our first Long Island Shack opened on November 10, 2012. Built from the ground up at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza, it’s a delicious destination for a shopping break, evening out, or welcoming stop for hungry travelers passing through. Constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, and featuring our first-ever solar panel-covered roof which will produce 10% of our energy, this is by far the greenest Shack yet!
