In July 2010, Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) formed a multi-year partnership with The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) to create a unique culinary experience at historic Saratoga Race Course. Racing enthusiasts can enjoy burgers, dogs and frozen custard at the Shack and authentic “real pit” barbecue at our sibling restaurant Blue Smoke, both located in close proximity to the paddock saddling area.
